Abstract

Within the research entitled an emerging paradigm of planning: resignifing from academic institutions; is designed and validated intended strategy to rethink and transform the directive, academic, administrative and community management of educational institutions practices. This article argue, from nine Central thesis, the main theoretical housings that underpin the process of resignificación. It is proposed here resignifing as a method; but not in the sense of linear steps, but as a way as an open path that leads the understanding and consequently the transformation of educational institutions development processes. The resignifing is a process that promotes understanding of the reality of educational support for processing; institutions because reflection is the basic operation that is true when resignifing and such reflection is linked in organic manner with the action; accordingly, to resignifing is to reflect and reflect is to act from critical understanding of reality.
