Abstract
This article highlights the formation of someone from the reflection of his thinking and critical dimension, which leads to a to the auto reflection and interest for emancipation. The horizons to the emancipation are open in the university knowing to do, that leads to the transformation from the university what to do, that leads to as the same time the transformation of the educational what to do and the introduction to the innovation; at last it is highlighted in the education of the XXI, the fact of configure a epistemological matrix that capture the crisis of the present and to move on towards a formation to the future, suggesting centered challenges in the innovation of thinking and the interest for knowing a lot more the human being.References
