Abstract

The proposal with this article, is to get from the analysis and study of behavior of the companies, the degreeof entrepreneurship and the influence of the environment in the raising, development o disappearing of thecompanies of the health sector in the District of Santa Marta, during the period between 1990 - 2005, takingas parameters the amount of companies created annually, the totally of recorded assets, the legal constitution,the classification of companies created by activity and the typology of companies created, according amountof employs and recorded assets.
