Abstract

The radiographic epidemiological study about the prevail of the dental anomalies in childrens, of a determinate population, have a big valve to know the reality of the bucal condition in a regionality form and let us create possibilities of a early and adequate treatment of the bucal problems since the early childhood and in the same way to preparate the patient to live with the possibles anomalies in a definitive form, with a normal life and sharing with the society. The panoramic radiography has topographics characters and also let you see all the maxilofacial complex, it ́s recognize as the best convencional image for see the «dento-maxilo- mandibulars» anomalies: It was looked, the choose panoramic radiographies and it was registred the found in a previously validate format, with a previous bibliographic consult and the construction of a conceptual mark, we did it an interpretation and analysis enlightened for the real and conceptual categories, that spout from the inside of the observation and interpretation of the panoramic radiography and we made the purpouse of established the index of the more frequently anomalies of the growing and dental development. Looked in a panoramic radiography between parents of the both sex between four and eleven years old; that ́s, produce and impact between the professional and students of dentistry about the use of the panoramic radiography in  as a needed complement of the clinic history of another type of radiographies (rx. apicals) for a foment of the practice of a dentistry based as the evidence.
