Abstract
The Organizational Clime is the component of the administration, which has big importance at this undertaking competitive moment, because it understand (includes) the characteristics that identify the complete manner of the Organization, embracing all the working environment which includes from the employees perceptions concerning the enterprise, to the organizational structure influence on them. The object to the present study was to determine the efficiency of the psychological intervention in the improvement of the Organizational Clime of a Social Enterprise of the state (S.E.S.); the sample was conformed by 70 people from the different assistant area services in a hospital of third attention level. The investigation process advanced in two phases: The first one corresponds to the Organizational Clime Measure, through the measure Instrument of the Organizational Clime in Colombian enterprises application (MIOCCE), the second phase was the Intervention, which was realized according to the obtained results in the first measure, and from a new measure instrument, to determine the intervention effects. The results clearly show the efficiency of the psychological intervention in the attitudes modification of the personnel and in the improvement of the Organizational Clime.Downloads
