Abstract

The microorganisms have an important role such as initiating and contributoring in the inflammatory disease process of the dental pulp and periapical tissues. Whitout them would not place the endodontic diseases. The diminution or the elimination durind the therapeutic procedures, are important for the reparation after the treatment and the satisfactory evolution of the case. The bacteria frecuently isolated from the infected necrotic pulps are: strict anaerobes bacteria, and facultative anaerobes bacteria.
