La primera toma de decisiones profesionales a la que nos enfrentamos se da en el transcurso de la adolescencia, sin embargo, los cuidadores principales y la relación de apego con ellos parece que podría influir en la misma, aunque no está claro en qué forma. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar críticamente los estudios que analizan la relación entre el estilo de apego entre cuidadores y adolescentes y la toma de decisiones profesionales. Siguiendo la metodología PRISMA, se seleccionaron 20 estudios. Los resultados mostraron que existe una relación entre el estilo de apego y la toma de decisiones profesionales e involucraron a otras variables como mediadoras. Concretamente un estilo de apego inseguro influye negativamente en la toma de decisiones mientras que un estilo de apego seguro funciona como factor de protección y facilitador.
