AbstractA the main challenges for our nations of Latin America are to reach in the smallest possible time the formation of professionals with capacities, motivation and commitment to give solution to the problems of the development sustainable car.The above-mentioned is not achievable to social and necessary scale without directive and educational professionals that are able to establish interpersonal relationships in a wider and more diverse human fan and to be able this way to involve from a deeper way to the present human groups in the process of formation of the citizen’s personality.Keywords: Participative direction; educational direction; professional accomplishment; property sense; group of high performance.References
