Resumen
La mentoría se entiende como un procedimiento para incrementar habilidades y competencias, mejorando la mentalidad empresarial en emprendedores. Este artículo busca explorar, analizar e identificar los factores que influyen en el desarrollo empresarial durante la mentoría, en el emprendimiento, mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura (en Web of Science®), análisis de redes y citaciones. Se seleccionaron los estudios más relevantes en el tema. Los resultados se filtraron mediante Tree of Science creando la red de citaciones con las referencias encontradas; luego se hizo la correspondiente lectura y análisis de la bibliografía resultante. Son tres las actividades de la mentoría que influyen en los resultados empresariales. Primero, acciones que derivan del mentor y que permiten al aprendiz mejorar habilidades y competencias. Segundo, alinear los modelos de comportamiento empresarial con los rasgos de personalidad de los aprendices les permite cumplir tareas desafiantes relacionadas con la puesta en marcha del negocio. Tercero, los factores que se originan en el contexto de la relación mentor - aprendiz son significativos e influyen en la capacidad del emprendedor para concretar tareas y deberes empresariales.
