El análisis del proceso de búsqueda de empleo como herramienta para el diseño eficiente de las actividades de outplacement

Resumen

El outplacement o recolocación asistida, una práctica vinculada a la responsabilidad social interna de la empresa, ha ido ganando relevancia en los últimos años. Este trabajo cuantitativo propone un modelo de búsqueda de empleo con el fin de optimizar las actividades de outplacement en el que se integran variables antecedentes como son la autoeficacia, los rasgos de autorregulación, las habilidades de búsqueda de empleo y el apoyo social con variables conductuales como la intensidad, la estrategia de búsqueda y los canales de información. Para el análisis y posterior contraste del modelo se emplearon regresiones jerárquicas con una muestra total de 106 personas desempleadas en España, recogida mediante cuestionario entre finales del 2024 y principios del 2025. Los resultados indican que, en cuanto a las variables antecedentes, únicamente la autoeficacia ejerce un efecto directo, positivo y estadísticamente significativo a la hora se conseguir ofertas laborales. Por otra parte, estos resultados son mediados tanto por la estrategia exploratoria como por la intensidad de búsqueda, aumentando el éxito. Se concluye que los programas de outplacement deben pasar de un enfoque tradicional centrado en la asistencia técnica a un modelo centrado en modificaciones conductuales y motivacionales.
